You may return any item purchased from “minoracart.com” for refund or exchange for any reason within 7 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Only items purchased from “minoracart.com” can be returned through this process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by a member of “minoracart.com”. For exchanges, please contact us.

Refund will be credited in the given account number by customer, provided the item is returned within 7 days of purchase. All returned products must be within  original shape as it was delivered with tags, and must not be used. minoracart.com reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable. All refunds will be credited within 14 working days after product is arrived in Wearhouse.

Minora cart will only bear delivery charges if the error was at Minora's end and customer will bear the delivery charges if  error is at customer end.

Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through “minoracart.com” cannot be returned through these processes. Please contact the original retailer of purchases for instructions on exchanges and returns.
